These terms cover your use of this website and the free visibility check. Work we do for you as a client is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Who we are

Using this website
You may browse the site and use its forms for their purpose: getting in touch, and checking your own business. Please do not:
- use automated tools to run the visibility check, scrape the site, or send bulk messages through the form;
- try to get around the one free check per visitor or any other limit;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services behind it;
- submit someone else's information without their permission, or anything unlawful or harmful.
We may block access if the site is misused.
The free visibility check
The check is free, for one business per visitor, and is a snapshot of what Google, Google Maps and four AI assistants showed at the moment it ran. Results change by day, device, location and account, and AI answers vary from one question to the next. The check is for information only. It is not advice and not a promise of any result.
Business names and logos of Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic and others shown in the check belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
No guarantees
Google runs an auction and decides its own rankings, and AI assistants decide their own answers. Nobody controls those, so we do not promise a set number of leads, calls or sales, the top spot on Google, a mention in any AI answer, or results by a certain date. What we commit to for clients is set out in their written agreement.
Our content
The text, design, images and code on this site belong to us or the people who let us use them, and are protected by copyright. Client websites and apps shown here belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may share links to our pages; please do not copy the site or its content without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to client websites, the App Store and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
The website is provided "as is"
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or the free check. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes about them will be handled by the courts of that state, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
