Terms & conditions
Last updated August 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of themeridianbureau.com (the "site"), operated by Meridian Bureau ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and business purposes to learn about our work and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malware or other harmful code
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as permitted by law or with our written consent
- Use the site to send unsolicited communications or misrepresent your identity
2. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, code, graphics, logos, and the "Meridian Bureau" name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Client names, project work, and case studies shown on the site are featured with permission or as portfolio references; the underlying brands and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Our services and quotes
The site is for informational and marketing purposes. Any pricing, packages, timelines, or capabilities described are indicative only, may change, and do not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Every engagement is scoped individually. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work that we both sign — that agreement, not the site, defines our deliverables, fees, and obligations. Nothing on the site creates a client relationship on its own.
4. Submissions
If you send us information through the contact form, by email, or otherwise, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us permission to use it to respond to and evaluate your inquiry. Do not send confidential or proprietary information you do not want disclosed before a confidentiality agreement is in place. We are not obligated to review, keep confidential, or act on unsolicited ideas or proposals. How we handle the personal information you submit is described in our Privacy policy.
5. Third-party links and materials
The site may contain links to third-party websites or resources we do not control. We provide them for convenience and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Bureau and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Bureau and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy policy and any signed agreement between us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
